Contributing to the productionization of a RAG platform: ingestion, retrieval (top-k, filtering, reranking), and scalable serving APIs with monitoring behind them. Part of that is evaluating the tradeoff between accuracy, latency, and cost, looking at failure modes like retrieval gaps and hallucinations and feeding what they show back into the system design. I also prototype POCs to find where this helps internal workflows and branch operations.

Built scalable client-facing tools across the stack, working close to product and design and pushing for architecture that stayed maintainable as the surface area grew. Also helped launch and maintain an internal AI automation tool.

Rebuilt Big Z's storefront from the ground up, replacing a stack of paid platform and app subscriptions with infrastructure he owns outright. Courses, sound packs, and checkout all moved over with nothing lost.
